The Atomic Live Shield Vest JR is a high-performance level 1 back protector vest designed specifically for younger skiers, whether for racing or general everyday skiing. This vest is crafted with a multi-density 3-layer foam that provides progressive shock absorption: softer foam near the body and stiffer foam on the outside to reduce the impact before it reaches the body. The vest itself is made from premium textile fabrics and features Active Thermo Fit, which adapts to the shape of the body upon wearing, ensuring it remains light, flexible, and breathable. For added convenience, the waist belt is height-adjustable to fit varying torso lengths and is also removable for use under a race suit.
