How to Apply Ski Wax with a Cloth
Ensure your skis are ready for the slopes by following these simple steps to apply wax using a cloth:
- 1. Apply with a Cloth: Evenly apply the ski wax to the base using a clean cloth, ensuring full coverage across the entire base.
- 2. Allow to Soak: Let the wax soak into the ski base for 10 to 15 minutes to ensure maximum absorption.
- 3. Scrape Off Excess: Use a plastic scraper to remove any excess wax from the base, working from tip to tail.
- 4. Brush with Nylon and Horsehair Brushes: Start by brushing with a nylon brush to clear off remaining particles, then finish with a horsehair brush for a smooth, polished surface.
