Follow these steps to effectively apply ski wax using a cloth, ensuring a smooth and protected ski base:
- 1. Apply with a Cloth: Evenly apply the ski wax to the base with a clean cloth, ensuring full coverage over the entire base.
- 2. Let Impregnate: Allow the wax to soak into the ski base for 10 to 15 minutes to maximize absorption.
- 3. Scrape Off Excess: Use a plastic scraper to remove any excess wax, working from tip to tail for a clean finish.
- 4. Brush with Nylon and Horsehair Brushes: First, brush with a nylon brush to remove remaining particles, and then finish with a horsehair brush for a polished, smooth base.
