How to Apply Liquid Ski Wax
For a quick and efficient wax application, follow these steps using liquid wax:
- 1. Brush with a Bronze Brush: Begin by brushing the ski base with a bronze brush to remove any old wax and open the pores for better absorption.
- 2. Apply Liquid Wax: Evenly apply the liquid wax across the ski base, ensuring full coverage.
- 3. Wait 5 to 10 Minutes: Allow the wax to set and dry for optimal absorption.
- 4. Scrape Off Excess Wax: Use a plastic scraper to remove any remaining wax from tip to tail.
- 5. Brush for a Polished Finish: First, brush with a nylon brush to clear away any residual particles, then finish with a horsehair brush for a smooth, polished surface.
