- Defective or Damaged Goods: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please inform us within 1-2 days for a prompt replacement or return.

Customers should verify product specifications before use and inspect items upon receipt. Using the product implies acceptance of its condition.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items must be unused and clean. Products showing signs of wear or use may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at support@skicatalogue.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: You will receive instructions on how to send back the product.
Shipping & Fees:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part.
- A return label and customs form will be provided.
- Once the return label is issued, the item must be dropped off at the courier within 3 business days. If not dropped off within this timeframe, the return will no longer be accepted.
- The return shipping cost will be communicated in the Return Authorization email.
Refund: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund based on your preference.
Exceptions and Exclusions
